Support for Staff this Christmas 2025 🎄❄️🎁⛄🌨️💳🦃❄️🎄
As we approach the Christmas period, we recognise that this time of year can bring a wide range of emotions. While it can be a joyful season for many, others may experience financial pressure, loneliness, bereavement, or the strain of being away from friends and family. These challenges are often felt quietly, and it’s important that staff know support is available.
Paulette previously attended a wellbeing session delivered by Everymind at Work, which focused on how schools, HR professionals and Mental Health First Aiders can support staff, and themselves, during the festive period. The session reinforced the importance of compassion, understanding and clear signposting, particularly at a time of year that can feel overwhelming.
