Bywater Kent Support Services Ltd, offer an extensive range of training, available both online, at partner schools or on a bespoke basis within your school.
Our training is delivered by experienced and knowledgeable staff who are up to date with the latest best practice and evidence-based practice.
Our focus is on providing high quality training, specifically tailored to school staff from Senior and Middle Leadership Teams, School Governors and of course School Business Managers. Working exclusively with schools, we fully understand the complex world of education and the demands placed on School Leaders. We recognise the continual drive for School improvement, pressure to raise standards and do more for less. It is this understanding that has enabled us to put together our exciting Training SLA offer which serves to further bolster and support leadership capability and capacity.
We welcome you to attend any of our courses to join us and share in our expertise and gain valuable insights and practical skills which will enable you to respond positively and proactively to staffing issues. All our courses are interactive in their design, convened in a relaxed informal setting with the Bywater Kent Team. We focus on sharing knowledge between schools and our training is rooted in sharing practical tips for improving outcomes. We draw on our outstanding record of achievement in Leeds and beyond to share best practice in supporting the growth of schools, teachers and leaders.
Our training courses cover a mixture of soft skill sessions along with HR Process sessions and practical exercises. There are also courses on GDPR, Cyber Security and emerging technology including Artificial Intelligence (AI). Our courses also provide a valuable platform for networking opportunities.
This training programme has been designed and planned to meet your needs and we will continually review and evolve our offer based upon your feedback.

Bronze £100 + VAT per delegate
Silver Up to 2 free Training Course for 2 delegates – then £50 +VAT per delegate
Gold Up to 2 free Training Courses for 2 delegates – then £50 +VAT per delegate
Non- HR SLA Schools £100 per delegate
