Bywater Kent Support Services Ltd. is excited to announce a new opportunity to join our team as an HR/GDPR Adviser. This permanent, hybrid role offers a unique blend of HR and data protection advisory work for schools across Leeds and Bradford.

The post is Term Time Only plus 15 additional days, making it ideal for candidates seeking a role that aligns with school-based working patterns. With funded training and structured support, the successful candidate will work alongside our HR Managers and experienced Data Protection Officer — contributing to casework, compliance, training development and more.

We’re looking for someone proactive, organised and ready to grow — with the potential to eventually take on the role of Data Protection Officer within our schools portfolio.
